How I work

My approach is rooted in relational and humanistic therapy, meaning the focus is on understanding your experience in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and non-judgemental.
I draw from a range of approaches, including:
- Person-centred therapy
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Couples therapy
- Solution-focused brief therapy
- Coaching approaches
I also offer a kink-aware and inclusive space for all clients.
I work within my professional and ethical boundaries and will always consider appropriate referrals if needed.
Clinical Supervision (coming soon)
I am currently training in clinical supervision. If you are interested in working together in the future, you are welcome to get in touch.

How I can support you?
I work with individuals, couples, and young people, including trainee counsellors and those accessing support through workplace programmes (EAP). I provide a space to explore what's going on for you, gain clarity, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right.
You might be experiencing something specific, or simply have a sense that things don't feel as they should. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
